CARL JUNCTION - Fulton senior Erin Brady wrapped up his high school career Monday in the Class 3 Sectional 3 meet at Briarbrook Golf Club.
Brady finished in a tie for 24th out of 50 golfers, shooting a 14-over 86 at sectionals.
Only the top 12 individual golfers not competing on state-qualifying teams - teams that finished either first or second at sectionals - advances to the Class 3 state tournament. Brady missed the cut-off for state by two strokes.
Helias finished first as a team at sectionals, shooting a 321. Springfield Catholic was second with a 333.
Nevada's Owen Swearingen was the sectional champion, carding a 1-over 73 to win by four strokes.
