Junior outside hitter Eryka Wanyonyi was named the SLIAC Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.
Wanyonyi broke the school record for most kills in a match after recording 30 in Westminster's five-set victory Friday against Austin. The previous record 28 by Brenna Seboldt in 1995.
She had 92 kills, 82 digs and 12 service aces over five matches, averaging 3.83 kills per set and 3.42 digs per set. Wanyonyi reached double-digit kills in all five matches and had more than 20 digs twice.
