The William Woods men were the second best team Monday at the Central Methodist University Fall Invite while the women were third.

Jakub Dymecki finished first among all individual men golfers while Maria Zrodowska finished second among all women golfers.

Dymecki shot a 138 through two rounds, shooting four-under in the second round. He had four birdies in the first round while having an eagle and three birdies in the second round. Logan Smith was the next best Owls finisher on the men's side, tying for seventh, and Philipp Heller tied for 11th. Arron Patel was the highest finisher among Owl men golfers playing solely as an individual at 20th.

Zrodowska shot a 156, having one birdie but also 22 pars through two rounds. Paige Hawkins tied for seventh, Krystal Burgtorf finished ninth, Jennah Schell tied for 11th and Victoria Hooker placed 20th. Maria Ortiz Roso was the highest finisher among Owl women golfers solely playing as an individual at 11th.

The women will play Monday at the Lady Panther Invitational, which will be hosted by Drury University. The men will wait until Sept. 27 when they play at the Missouri Valley Fall Invitational.
