William Woods' Zrodowska finishes day before round three suspended due to weather

The third round of the NAIA Women's Golf National Championships was suspended because of inclement weather today, but not before William Woods' Maria Zrodowska finished her 18 holes of the day, setting a score of 74.

The Owls' lone representative left in the competition after round-two cuts was able to match her day-one score after shooting a 78 on day two. She was one of the first to tee off Thursday morning.

Zrodowska started the day on the back nine with a par and then a birdie. She then followed with another par and then a couple of bogeys. Four straight pars closed her back nine giving Zrodowska a 1-over-par heading into the front nine.

Zrodowska's second nine holes began with a par and birdie, just like the first leg, and then followed with five consecutive pars and two bogeys.

The rest of round three will pick up at 7:30 a.m. today, with the fourth and final round happening right after.
