FAYETTE — Westminster junior Haleigh St. Clair and sophomore Katy Allen each came away with sixth-place finishes during the Central Methodist Invitational, which was held Friday and Saturday.

Allen placed sixth in the women's triple jump with a distance of 31 feet. She also took ninth place in the long jump with a leap of 14-8.5.

St. Clair took sixth out of 22 competitors in the javelin with a throw of 98-7.

In the shot put, St. Clair finished 23rd with a throw of 31-0. Sophomore Celena Weber was 29th with a throw of 25-5.25, while sophomore Emily Nelson was 32nd with a distance of 21-2.75.

In the discus, Weber took 26th with a throw of 61-4 and Nelson finished 29th with a throw of 54-1.
