College women's soccer: William Woods 7, St. Louis Pharmacy 0

ST. LOUIS - Sophomore forward McKenzie Gourley erupted for five goals in the Lady Owls' American Midwest Conference romp over the winless Lady Eutectics on Tuesday night.

The victory was the eighth in a row for William Woods University, which raised its season record to 10-7 and moved to 9-2 in the AMC.

Gourley scored in the 26th, 36th and 37th minutes, then struck for a pair of goals just 18 seconds apart in the 73rd minute. Junior forward Madysen Hahn provided a goal in the 47th minute and the Lady Owls profited from an own goal in the 22nd minute.

William Woods easily outshot St. Louis College of Pharmacy (0-8-4, 0-7-4) 24-1, including 12-1 in shots on goal. The Lady Owls also had all nine of the contest's corner kicks.

William Woods finishes the regular season with its last home game against Lyon (Ark.) College in an AMC game at 11 a.m. Saturday at Firley Field.
