Freshman outside hitter Lanie Lowry posted 10 kills to help direct the Lady Owls to a 29-27, 25-16 and 25-23 AMC sweep of the Lady Trojans on Thursday night at Anderson Arena.
Junior opposite Kate Doerhoff and sophomore middle blocker Hannah Kuehl supplied nine kills apiece for William Woods University (14-13, 5-2 American Midwest Conference).
Junior setter Remie Johnson recorded 22 assists for the Lady Owls and sophomore setter Alli Gueck followed with 21. Senior libero Kayton Coffee provided 16 digs.
William Woods played in the Columbia College Fall Classic on Saturday. Results were not available at press time.
