LINCOLN, Neb. — The Missouri women's volleyball team swept Northern Iowa to advance to the second round of the NCAA tournament for the fifth consecutive year.

The Tigers won 25-11, 25-13, 25-14, and hit .363 as a team, the program's fifth-best mark in NCAA tournament history. Andrea Fuentes had 24 assists, 11 digs and a kill, Tyanna Omazic hit .500 on 10 kills and also had six digs and five blocks and Leketor Member-Meneh had nine kills, seven digs and three service aces. Kylie Deberg had nine kills, five blocks (three solo) and four digs, and Riley Sents had 13 digs, two assists and an ace.

Missouri will face No. 5 Nebraska at 7 p.m. today for a spot in the round of 16. The host Cornhuskers swept Ball State 25-13, 25-18, 25-10 on Friday.

The Tigers lost in three sets to Nebraska a year ago after beating Arizona 25-17, 25-22, 25-18 in the opening round of the tournament.
