Charges against a Holts Summit woman in a May 2018 drug case in Callaway County were dismissed.
The Callaway County Prosecutor's Office said Alisha Schnell was originally charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
However, due to test results from the Missouri Highway Patrol Crime Lab, prosecutors did not believe they could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Schnell "knowingly possessed" methamphetamine and the case against her was dismissed.
