NEW BLOOMFIELD, Mo. - The New Bloomfield R-3 School District Board of Education will conduct its May meeting at 6 p.m. tonight in the district boardroom.
In new business, board members will take action on policy and handbooks for the 2021-22 school year, a memorandum of understanding with William Woods University and a job description for the Parents as Teachers program.
Under old business, the board will hear about the phases of the district's COVID-19 plan. That will include an update on cases in the district, community usage of buildings and extracurricular activities and spectator restrictions.
Board members will also review program evaluations on Parents as Teachers and athletics, in addition to hearing elementary, secondary, special education and superintendent's reports.
