A 36-year-old Ashland man was injured in a one-vehicle wreck in Callaway County on Saturday night, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at 6:10 p.m. Saturday at an off-road park at 8561 Route CC, according to the report. Roscoe E. Rowland, 24, of Harrisburg, was driving a 2021 Can-Am Maverick southbound when the rear of the vehicle became airborne, rotated counter-clockwise and overturned.
His passenger, Jesse L. Rybolt, received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia. Rybolt was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
Rowland was wearing a seat belt and his vehicle received moderate damage.
