Karen Digh Allen is Callaway County’s April employee of the month. Digh Allen has served as Callaway County’s public administrator for more than 24 years. Although it is often a difficult and thankless job, she is committed to her work and to clients. Digh Allen is a great example of an employee who goes above and beyond every day. She was recently named Missouri’s Public Administrator of the Year for 2021 — she was chosen to be recognized for this honor due to her dedication and passion for what she does. The Callaway County family wants Digh Allen to also be recognized on the local level for all of her hard work. Thank you for all you do, Digh Allen.
