
Last week, the Callaway County Sheriff's Office arrested several individuals for drug-related charges.
A Wednesday evening Facebook post from the Sheriff's Office lays out the circumstances of each arrest and the alleged crimes.
Feb. 8
While investigating a disturbance in the area of County Road 350 near Millersburg, deputies arrested Christy Comer, 34, of Fulton, on an Audrain County warrant for fraudulent use of a credit/debit device. Comer was taken to Callaway County Jail and transferred to the custody of Audrain County.
Elsewhere in the county, authorities made arrests related to an ongoing drug investigation.
At 6:23 a.m., the sheriff's office, along with the Fulton Police Department and the Mustang drug task force, executed a search in the 800 block of Grand Street in Fulton. Methamphetamine and other controlled substances were found and three were arrested.
Timothy Dye, 35, of Fulton, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance. Dye was taken to the county jail.
Maranda Scoggins, 21, of Fulton, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Scoggins was released from the county jail after posting bond.
Brandon Vanstory, 35, of Fulton, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia. Vanstory was released from the county jail after posting bond.
Feb. 10
Nicholas Brown, 32, of Auxvasse, was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon after deputies investigated a disturbance involving weapons in the area of County Road 282 near Hatton.
Brown was taken to the county jail and remains in custody pending bond.
Feb. 11
The Sheriff's Office, Fulton Police Department and Mustang drug task force executed a drug-related search in the 700 block of Bluff Street in Fulton.
Methamphetamine and crack cocaine were found.
Mitchell Henderson, 63, of Fulton, was arrested and charged for delivery of a controlled substance. Henderson posted bond and was released from the county jail.
Feb. 12
Anna Johnson, 48, of Fulton, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop on Route F.
Johnson was taken to the county jail and released with summons for a court appearance.
