Callaway Bank, Callaway County Public Library, Dr. George Washington Carver Cultural Center, Fulton NAACP, Westminster College Center for Faith and Services and William Woods Office of Diversity and Inclusion teamed up to put a display commemorating Black History Month in a Court Street window in downtown Fulton.
Black History Month lasts throughout February, and the library is hosting several themed virtual events - visit dbrl.org/events to learn more.
