The old Family Video location in Fulton will become a Scooter's Coffee.
According to a recent Facebook post from Legacy Commercial Property, the real estate agency executed a lease with the coffee shop. The agency has arranged deals for several former Family Videos.
The local Family Video, located at 303 St. Louis Avenue, closed permanently in January. The movie rental chain closed all of its remaining stores at the same time, citing the COVID-19 pandemic.
Scooter's Coffee is a drive-thru coffee chain founded in 1998 in Nebraska. The business has over 300 locations across the country.
It offers hot and iced coffees, smoothies, teas, pastries and breakfast burritos.
