Fulton Sun year in review: December 2019

Despite the growing chill, Callaway County kept residents' hearts warm through a number of charitable outreaches. SERVE's Adopt-a-Family set participation records, while Shop with a Hero filled Walmart with happy children's laughter. Residents also enjoyed a number of holiday parades.
