CALWOOD, Mo. - A Wednesday afternoon investigation in the Calwood area led to the arrest of three people, according to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies, including a K-9 unit, arrived in the Calwood area at 4:29 p.m. and came into contact with Sonya Enerson, 38, of Auxvasse, and Danny Vires Jr., 27, of Fulton.

Deputies subsequently recovered methamphetamine, marijuana and meth related drug paraphernalia.

Enerson was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail for felony possession of a controlled substance (meth), other misdemeanor drug offenses and burglary, in connection with an ongoing investigation concerning a residential theft in Auxvasse. She was later released on summons to appear in court.

Vires was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance (meth-related) and later released on summons.

Later that day, at 6:28 p.m., deputies arrested Jesse DeValle, 39, of Fulton, in connection with the Auxvasse theft investigation. He was taken to the Callaway County Jail for the felony offenses of burglary and theft. As of Friday, he remained in custody due to a felony probation violation warrant.
