The Callaway Bank recently announced two major promotions.

Ashly Moore and Jason Ramsey have both been promoted to assistant vice president.

Moore, promoted by the corporate board, currently serves as the branch manager of the North, South and Mokane branches. She is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, day-to-day operations at each facility and overall management of employees.

"Ashly is an engaging and effective team leader who truly epitomizes outstanding customer service," President and CEO Kim Barnes said. "With the client always in mind, Ashly's strong experience and forward-thinking approach results in creative problem solving, employee engagement and development, and process improvements. We are very proud to have Ashly as a young leader in our organization."

Having lived in Fulton her entire life, Moore learned the importance of giving back. Since joining the bank in 2018, she experienced this firsthand with her involvement in Callaway Women's Networking Group, Callaway Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Callaway Class of 2019 and as the treasurer of the Fulton Colleges Board of Associates.

Ramsey, promoted by the board of directors, joined the bank in 2015 and has served as a commercial lender with primary responsibilities of developing and servicing commercial banking relationships in Boone County and surrounding areas.

"Jason's consultative and approachable style of commercial banking helps our clients develop their path to success," Barnes said. "Jason also represents true community banking through his service and leadership in community organizations, such as his collaboration with the Missouri Women's Business Center where his skills, enthusiasm for small business and strong community focus intersect. We're very proud to have Jason's leadership on our team."

Knowing the importance of giving back, Ramsey previously served as president of the board of directors for the Central MO Community Action Agency, is currently the vice chair of the MO Higher Education Loan Authority and is a member of the Columbia Elks Lodge #594.

He and his wife, Barbara (Otting), reside in Columbia with daughters Olivia and Isabelle.
