A Fulton man was arrested Tuesday after receiving a trespassing warning, according to the Fulton Police Department.
Tyler Leeper, 30, was arrested for first-degree trepassing and possession of a controlled substance.
FPD officers responded to a report of a trespasser at 5:19 p.m. in the 200 block of East 14th Street. Upon arrival, officers identified Leeper as the suspect. He had been given a trespassing warning less than an hour before, according to the FPD.
During the investigation, a bag of methamphetamine was found on Leeper's person, the FPD added.
