WILLIAMSBURG - A Williamsburg man was arrested early Monday for multiple felony charges, according to the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.
David Atterberry, 51, was wanted on Callaway and Montgomery county warrants for charges including receiving stolen property, property damage and possession of a controlled substance.
Deputies arrived at 4:50 a.m. Monday to search for Williamsburg in the 9000 block of County Road 138 near Williamsburg. Deputies located Atterberry inside a local residence and arrested him, according to the CCSO. He was taken to the Callaway County Jail to be held on a $10,000 bond from Callaway County and a $5,000 cash-only bond from Montgomery County.
