3 arrested following burglary

A burglary investigation in Fulton Saturday morning led to three arrests.

At 12:04 a.m., Fulton Police Department Officers responded to 300 Market St. following the report of a burglary in progress. The person reporting the burglary told police a male, later identified as Timothy Walker, forced his way into the residence and assaulted a woman.

However, while investigating, police discovered the residents of 300 Market St. were in possession of an item that had been reported stolen. The arrest report doesn't describe the stolen item's nature.

Jaime Eidson, 34, and Baily Thomas, 25, both of Fulton, were arrested for receiving stolen property and taken to Callaway County Jail. Each were given a $500 bond.

Walker, 43, was arrested for first-degree burglary and second-degree assault. The Fulton man was taken to the Callaway County Jail and his bond set at $11,000.
