READSVILLE, Mo. - Two were arrested for drug possession Thursday evening, according to Callaway County Sheriff Clay Chism.
Christopher Horn, of Marshall, and Jenny Cureton, of Hermann, were both taken into custody near Readsville following a suspicious activity investigation. Deputies arrived at about 5 p.m. Thursday in the 11000 block of Route K.
While investigating, deputies found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. They also came into contact with Horn, 41, and Cureton, 29, who were arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were taken to Callaway County Jail.
Horn was also under a Montgomery County failure-to-appear warrant. His bond is set at $5,000, and Cureton's at $4,500.
