Fulton Rotarians attend leadership training

Members of the Rotary Club of Fulton were among 80 Rotarians who attended leadership training April 29 in Osage Beach, sponsored by Rotary District 6080.

Attending the Club Leadership Mega-Training Seminar were Joan Morris, treasurer-elect; Jennifer Books, president-elect; and Mary Ann Beahon, president and district public image chair.

During the seminar, participants learned more about various Rotary programs, including youth services, community service, international service, enhancing public image, attracting and keeping members, the Rotary Foundation, polio eradication and visioning.

In addition, breakout sessions were conducted for presidents-elect and president-nominees, secretaries, treasurers, membership chairs, Foundation chairs, public relations chairs and service chairs.
