Fulton boys basketball's Walker Gohring and Colby Lancaster each earned their second individual accolade this season, making the Class 4 District 9 all-district team which was announced Monday.

Gohring led the Hornets with 19.7 points per game, 6.2 assists per game, 2.2 steals per game and an 84.4 free-throw percentage. He also notched 6.7 rebounds per game, a 45.1 field-goal percentage and a 33.6 3-point percentage.

Lancaster recorded a team-high 7.8 rebounds per game and a 65.8 field-goal percentage. The senior also registered 15.6 points per game, 1.0 blocks per game and a 40.0 3-point percentage.

"Walker and Colby were instrumental in the success of our team this year," Fulton coach Justin Gilmore said. "One of the best guard/forward combos we've had at Fulton. They are both unselfish competitors who love winning and love their teammates. They were both great leaders for our team all year, as well.

"This is the third all-district for Walker and second for Colby. The legacy these two leave behind are something that won't soon be forgotten at Fulton. They've left their stamp on our program and school, and our younger players can use both of these young men as role models to follow.

"We're proud of both of them, and they will for sure be missed. We know both will go on and be great whatever they decide to do next!"
