KANSAS CITY -- The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the winter 2022-23 Daktronics NAIA scholar-athletes, and William Woods University placed four student-athletes on the list.
To be nominated by an institution's sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a scale of 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, be of at least sophomore standing at the time of nomination and have attended William Woods for one full year.
The Owls' women's basketball players Sydney Booker, Olivia Hanks and Katie Keilholz, and men's basketball player Kevin Yang made the Daktronics NAIA scholar-athletes list.
