Trapping clinic to be held at Whetstone Creek

A clinic will be held for local Callawegians to learn about traps and the process of trapping.

The clinic is being hosted by the Missouri Department of Conservation and the Missouri Trappers Association. This event will be at the Whetstone Creek Conservation Area on October 8 and 9, at 3215 Count Road 1003 in Williamsburg.

Partcipants will learn several aspects about traps, such as setting and checking traps.

On October 8, the clinic begins at 1 p.m. and goes until 7 p.m. On October 9, events run from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Registration can be completed on the MDC website, and is free to attend.
