Fulton Public Schools have subscribed to the K-12 Insight survey platform in support of the District Strategic Plan and Missouri School Improvement Program 6 requirements.

Three surveys will be distributed to parents, students, and staff this year including the school quality survey, employee engagement survey, and student engagement survey.

The following questions have been added to surveys as required by The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and MSIP 6 standards:

  • The school system assures student voices are heard and respected.
  • The school system provides school culture and climate data and reports periodically to all stakeholders.
  • Educator teams address positive classroom learning environments.

Each survey includes national benchmark data from K-12 Insight partner clients and have undergone factor analysis to confirm validity and reliability.

The school board said the district and superintendent may use the surveys as a self evaluation tool.

Surveys will be distributed to this month and will be administered again in the spring semester.

Feedback from the survey will be used to understand perspectives from respondents and to support continuous improvement planning.
