A Fulton restaurant celebrated 10 years in business with a ribbon cutting Friday.
Brooklyn Pizza, located at 501 Court St., was recognized by Callaway County Chamber of Commerce with the ribbon cutting.
Brian Atkins, owner of Brooklyn Pizza, said he wants to thank everyone for their continued support since the beginning of his business.
Even through tough times, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic, he said customers were there for them and because of the support, the business is still there stronger than ever.
Earlier this year, Brooklyn Pizza was recognized by Rural Missouri, a magazine by the electric cooperatives, as one of the best businesses in rural Missouri. Brooklyn Pizza placed first in the pizza category.
Today, Brooklyn Pizza will be offering $10 pizzas from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. for customers. The restaurant will also be offering complimentary Italian cookies to each table.
