The Fulton Police Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 828 Jefferson St. on May 8.
The advisory was issued for Gladys Bowers, a 68-year-old black female. She is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, has blonde hair (wig) and brown eyes, and waswearing a blue shirt, a blue jacket, unknown color pants and white tennis shoes.
The advisory stated Bowers is known to be violent and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia with auditory and visual hallucinations, psychosis, grandiose delusions and disorganized thoughts.
Bowers left her residential care facility in Fulton and did not take her medications. Bowers may be in the care of her non-custodial son and en route to the St. Louis area.
