Fulton Rotary Club seeks input on centennial project

The Fulton Rotary Club is asking for input from the community to choose a gift in honor of the club's upcoming centennial anniversary. The club will be 100 years old in March of 2023.

Several projects have been suggested and the centennial committee has discussed whether there are community needs that should be considered before settling on one. The ideal project will provide value to the community and honor the 100-year milestone.

In an effort to get as many people involved as possible, member Charles Anderson is creating a survey and posting it on the Rotary Club of Fulton social media accounts.

Bob Sterner, chair of the project committee, said, "We have some set aside to celebrate the club's centennial, and want to make sure we haven't overlooked the perfect idea. We only get to commemorate 100 years once. All ideas, large and small, are encouraged. We can't do everything, but we can consider each one to make the most lasting impact with the resources we have."
