HarbisonWalker International to host a Career Fair on July 27 at its Fulton Plant


Local production company HarbisonWalker International, will host a job fair next week. The company is looking to hire at least 20 production technicians.

HWI is the largest supplier of refractory products and services in North America. The Pennsylvania-based company also operates a plant in Fulton.

The fair will take place Wednesday, July 27, at HWI's Fulton Plant at 111 W. Enice Rd. It will last from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

During the fair, HWI will conduct job screenings and on-site interviews. The open positions will provide market-leading wages and competitive benefits packages, including full benefits after 30 days of employment. Fulton Career Fair attendees will have the opportunity to meet and talk with current HWI plant employees to learn firsthand about building a career at HWI.

HWI's several Missouri operations – together called MO1 -- produce refractory products that make manufacturing possible for items such as bridges, buildings, and windows, to clothing, chemicals and foods.
