When members of the Fulton City Council meet tonight, they will begin with a report from the Chamber of Commerce.

The council's work session at 6:30 p.m. will include 2018 chamber highlights presented by Executive Director Tamara Tateosian, who will speak about accomplishments and programs.

The regular meeting starts at 7 p.m. A video tour of Rice Hall by the city's parks and rec department and a discussion will kick things off. Since that building on St. Louis (Eighth Street) was vacated last fall by a private school, the facility could be factored into plans to provide space for parks and recreation activities. Across the street from that large facility is Veteran's Park.

Three resolutions will be presented, including a proposal for Kroll Farms of New Bloomfield to dispose of the city's wastewater sludge for a quoted price of $8,500 per year.

Several bills will receive first and second readings, including adoption of the official 2019 budget.
