Drug search nets woman's arrest

Fulton police and the MUSTANG Drug Task Force executed a narcotics-related search warrant at a Fulton residence Friday morning and found marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to a police press release.

Law enforcement and drug task force members executed the warrant at about 9:51 a.m. at Lavada Gipson and Darryl Gray's home located at 413 and 1/2 West 9th St.

Police arrested Gipson for possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gipson was released on citation.

Officials said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be pending.
