MSD bows to Chamois in three sets

The host Lady Eagles slipped to 0-4 on the season after Thursday night's 25-9, 25-14 and 25-8 loss to the Lady Pirates.

Sophomore Tyra Rogers led Missouri School for the Deaf with four service points, while she and fellow sophomore Cheyenne Dickerson both recorded 54 percent on passing.

Senior Joyla Ingram was also 89 percent on serve-receives and 50 percent on both passing and spikes for the Lady Eagles. Sophomore Avalon Saxton logged 67 percent on serve-receives, 89 percent on passing and 50 percent on spikes.

MSD faces Kansas School for the Deaf for homecoming at 9 a.m. Saturday.
