Westminster College senior quarterback Joe Plassmeyer has been named the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference offensive player of the week for the second time this season.
Plassmeyer was 27-of-55 passing for 432 yards and four touchdowns in the Blue Jays' 30-3 UMAC victory over Eureka (Illinois) College on Saturday at Priest Field. Plassmeyer leads the conference in passing at 308.5 yards per game.
Westminster (4-2, 4-1 UMAC) travels to Iowa Wesleyan for a conference matchup at 1 p.m. Saturday.
