Fulton hosts inaugural Freedom Scramble golf tourney for past, current military today

The city of Fulton will be hosting the inaugural Freedom Scramble golf tournament today at Tanglewood Golf Course. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m. and tee time will begin about an hour later.

The Freedom Scramble is open only to active service members or veterans and is entirely free for them to participate.

There will be a patriotic theme throughout the golf course - red, white and blue bunting will line the pavilion and American Flags will be used on all 18 holes in place of regular golf flags. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three two-person teams in the various flights.
