I do believe it is still legal in Missouri to defend your property and your life with whatever means are neccessary. It is a miracle that Mr. Norris did not harm the infant that was in the vehicle at the time of the robbery If he had, the guilt would not be on him. It would be on the worthless excuse of humans that had spawned that child. I can only hope that DFS will step in and give that child a chance at escaping the drug infested lifestyle he would look forward to. If they try to charge Mr. Norris with any crime I will be the first protester standing outside of the courthouse defending his second amendment rights.
