A woman walks down the center aisle of United Church of Christ and gazes at more than 40 quilts during the chruch’s quilt show Saturday. The age of the quilts went back as far as the late 1800s/early 1900s. One quilt from the 1930s was purchased at an auction for 10 cents. The annual quilt show and ice cream social was a bigger occasion this year as United Church of Christ celebrated its 125th anniversary. Rev. Ferdinand John Klick established the congregation in 1889.
