Fulton School District Board of Education member Rodney Latty and Assistant Superintendent Suzanne Hull talk with the Fulton High School Class of 2013 about the time capsule sitting on the stage in the high school auditorium Tuesday. The Class of 2013 will be the first to take part in a new tradition where graduating classes bury time capsules filled with notes, items and other memories, to dig up during their 20-year reunion.
