Fulton Middle School student Hailie Acton presses her tongue to a fake pole to imitate the movie, “A Christmas Story.” In the movie, the character Flick’s tongue is stuck to an icy post after a friend “triple dog dares” him to lick the post. The wagons were judged during the parade. The first place winner was from teacher Kathryn Walker’s class. Her students represented the movie, “Polar Express” and will receive a pizza party when they return from the winter break. Second place was a tie between Jan Bailey’s class and Barb Barkho’s class. Both wagons imitated “A Charlie Brown Christmas.” Darren’s Masek’s class took third place with a wagon that represented “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” The Fulton Middle School Student Council organized the event.
