Jim Moody, a Jefferson City government consultant, spoke Thursday night at the Fulton Area Development Corporation's annual Business Salute Banquet. Moody said manufacturing of small modular nuclear reactors in Callaway County would provide a huge boost to the economy, adding up to $25 billion a year in economic benefits.
