Chance E. Garriott, 28, Fulton, sustained serious injuries after his 2005 Chevrolet sedan collided almost headon with a pickup truck south of Fulton on County Road 404. To remove Garriott from his vehicle, the top of the Garriott's vehicle was peeled off using emergency equipment provided by volunteers from the Callaway County Central Fire Protection District.
