Robert Wheeler is the new owner and general manager of the NAPA Auto Parts Store at 213 E. 5th St. in Fulton. The store plans to move later this month to 1221 North Bluff St. in Fulton, which was occupied earlier by Miller Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep.
