Andrew Murray of PGAV Planners and Donna Deetz of the Jefferson City Downtown Association addressed a crowd of about 30 people Wednesday evening in Beks Restrauant on the planning phases of Fulton's DREAM project. Though Jefferson City's downtown district is not a DREAM community, Deetz gave the audience several tips she and other members of the Downtown Association used to revitalize the area.
