Fulton emergency responders investigated an accident Wednesday where a foreign object apparently fell off a vehicle and broke through this minivan's windshield off of Wood Street, seriously injuring the driver. The female victim was transported by helicopter to the hospital.

A woman was transported by helicopter Wednesday to the hospital following a serious accident where a foreign object broke through the driver’s side windshield, Fulton Police Department officials say.
