Shannon Schmidt said sons Zane, 4 (left) and Gavin, 2 1/2, often ask when their new sister will be coming home. The Schmidts hope to be able to go get Brynn in September.

Fulton couple hosts benefit race for adoption
Brian and Shannon Schmidt of Fulton will be expanding their family of four to five when they bring daughter Lian Tongyao home from China this fall.
