Winners announced for 2012 Street Fair parade
Prior to the evening storms Saturday, something else rolled through downtown Fulton. Civil War veterans, a Break Time hot dog, classic cars and even a giant game of Angry Birds were just some of the sights fairgoers saw as part of this year’s Fulton Street Fair William Woods University Grand Parade.
