Julie Roark, who manages the SERVE, Inc. food bank in Fulton, surveys the mostly barren food bank shelves on Wednesday afternoon. "The Scouting for Food" drive by local Boy Scouts couldn't come at a better time on Saturday. Right now we have food for only about 15 families," Roark said.
