Roger Moser, right, owner of Moser's Supermarkets, provided the lead contribution of $2,500 to Matt Gowin, left, president of the Fulton Colleges Board of Associates. The organization has collected $48,000 to provide 22 scholarships this fall to Callaway County students attending either Westminster College or William Woods University in Fulton.
