Moore returns for another term in Fulton fourth ward
It is to be another two years for longtime Ward 4 Councilman Steve Moore. Moore, who has served on the Fulton City Council for 28 years, barely edged out challenger Kathy Segerson in Tuesday’s election with 74 votes to her 69.
